Service

NoteShareLab is a software product that provides browser extension and website tools for importing and organizing source materials for NotebookLM workflows.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• We may suspend or disable accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or violations of these terms.

Plans and Billing

• The Free plan currently includes limited daily usage.
• Pro and Lifetime plans unlock paid software access according to the plan description shown on the website or checkout page.
• Annual or recurring plans, if offered, renew according to the billing terms displayed at checkout unless canceled before renewal.
• Lifetime access means access to the current product line and future stable updates for that product, unless the service is discontinued for legal, security, or business reasons.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use NoteShareLab for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
• You may not interfere with service integrity, bypass plan restrictions, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• You remain responsible for the content you import, upload, or process with the product.

Intellectual Property

NoteShareLab and its product materials, branding, software, and website content remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the software or website to users.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, pricing, or plan structures with reasonable notice when appropriate.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteShareLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the service.
