Refund Policy

Effective date: April 16, 2026

General Policy

Because NoteShareLab is a digital software product with immediate account-based delivery, refunds are reviewed case by case. We aim to be fair and reasonable when there is a genuine fulfillment or billing issue.

Refunds May Be Approved For

  • Duplicate purchases.
  • Accidental charges reported promptly.
  • Technical fulfillment failures where paid access was not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Billing errors caused by our system or payment configuration.

Refunds May Be Declined For

  • Change of mind after successful delivery and activation of digital access.
  • Requests made after extended use of paid features.
  • Issues caused by third-party platform changes, unsupported environments, or misuse of the product outside documented scope.

How To Request A Refund

Email admin@notesharelab.com with your purchase email, order reference, and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the request and reply as soon as reasonably possible.

Chargebacks

If you experience a billing problem, please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We prefer to resolve legitimate issues directly and quickly.
